Geschäftsführer: Financial & Strategic Oversight

I need an experienced Geschäftsführer who can assume day-to-day responsibility for our finances and at the same time guide three closely linked strands of strategy: market analysis, business-growth initiatives, and competitor analysis. The role is hands-on. You will shape our annual and rolling budgets, keep our financial reporting timely and investor-ready, and evaluate investment opportunities so we can deploy capital with confidence. Alongside that financial mandate, I expect you to turn raw market data into clear growth moves and keep a constant eye on what rivals are doing. Deliverables I will use to measure success • A comprehensive budget plan for the next fiscal year, broken into monthly milestones • A dashboard-style financial report template delivered within the first month and populated each month thereafter • An investment pipeline report that ranks opportunities by ROI and risk, updated quarterly • A concise strategic memo every quarter covering market trends, growth experiments and competitor moves Please outline relevant turnaround experience, the financial tools or ERP suites you prefer, and how you typically structure reporting lines when combining finance and strategy under one lead.
