I need a fresh VirtualBox appliance that boots straight into Ubuntu and comes pre-configured with Frappe and ERPNext version 16 (standard apps only). Once the machine is ready, my current ERPNext v14 site has to be migrated into it so that every feature works exactly as it does today. Because default network and disk settings are fine, you can focus on a clean, reproducible build: think `bench`, proper MariaDB tuning for ERPNext, and a tidy supervisor/nginx setup so the image is usable out-of-the-box on any host that can run VirtualBox. You may need to update to V-15 and then V-16. Acceptance check • OVA/OVF file starts in VirtualBox with no manual tweaks. • ERPNext v16 loads with our migrated site, users, roles, and the entire database, with private and public files functioning. • Background jobs, email queue, and scheduler run without errors. • A short README explains how to change common settings (site URL, SMTP, memory).
