Manufacturing Machinery Maintenance Service

I need recurring, well-documented maintenance carried out on my manufacturing machinery so production stays smooth and unexpected downtime is avoided. The scope centers on regular servicing—nothing ad-hoc or emergency driven—so you will come in on an agreed schedule, perform every check the equipment manuals recommend, and log results for easy traceability. Typical tasks on each visit include cleaning working surfaces, topping up or changing lubricants, inspecting wear components, tightening or aligning parts that drift out of spec, and flagging anything that looks like it will need replacement before the next service window. If you notice a part already beyond its life, note it and quote the swap in the same report; I can then approve it before the following cycle. Please supply: • A proposed maintenance calendar for the first quarter • A short template of the service log you will complete after every visit • A list of tools and test instruments you normally bring so I can confirm compatibility with my plant’s safety rules I run standard weekday shifts, so access is easiest in the early evening, though weekends are possible if you give me two weeks’ notice. All machinery is Indo-language‐labeled but manuals are available in English PDF when needed. Accuracy of documentation, predictable turnaround, and clear communication will be my main acceptance criteria.
