I'm seeking an expert to enhance production tracking and operator efficiency at our fastener plant, which manufactures bolts, nuts, and screws using various machines. Key tasks include: - Implementing a tracking system for all machine operations: bolt forging, nut tapping & forging, screw forging & rolling. - Analyzing current workflows to identify bottlenecks and inefficiencies. - Providing actionable recommendations to improve overall productivity. Do you work on Wastes in various areas. how about your Lead time delays for meeting customer needs. We can work around . How is the Value stream mapping avaialble. How exp. are your team members and about the tooling and support. since i saw multiple comments on tool change etc. can we reivew. I indicated ball park charges but can be discussed upon acceptance and moving ahead. Thanks.

Hi, a tracking system for your forging, tapping and rolling machines so bottlenecks are easy to spot. Getting machines that don't talk to each other onto one dashboard is the tricky part.
