Hi, you asked for a workflow that runs reliably. In Make, that mostly comes down to what happens when one of the apps fails at 2am. I'd put a Break error handler with retries on each API step, so a failed run waits in the queue instead of getting lost. Filters go early, so records you don't need never use up credits. And if an app has no ready module, I'll connect it through the HTTP module or a webhook. The closest thing I've built is an Instagram DM auto-reply app. It watches the inbox, sends each new message to ChatGPT and posts the answer back. It has rate caps, quiet hours and a log of every reply it sent. I wrote that one in code rather than Make, but the logic is the same: trigger, conditions, action, and a record of what ran.
