My small non-profit member organization uses Mailchimp, has about 1500 contacts, 2 audience lists, and a desperate need to reorganize our email processes and implement automations. Our memberships are facilitated through the Paid Memberships Pro software, which is integrated with Mailchimp.
*Reorganize our comprehensive contact list, remove duplicates, tag/group contacts as necessary to mark membership level
*Ensure mailchimp is speaking with PMPro correctly, logging all subscriptions, cancellations, and membership level changes
*Implement automations that save us time and increase the reach of our marketing, such as automated emails when people subscribe, renew, cancel, or expire.
*Implement processes that we can carry forward
We have a basic understanding of Mailchimp and need a professional to get us to the next level.
