Need Magento Expert for Urgent Change TODAY before 7pm EST & Ongoing Work Relationship

We would like to have a new, reliable and adept Magento Expert on our team for the long term. By "Expert", we need someone who not only knows how to setup and configure Magento, but also knows how to troubleshoot, customize and find solutions to complicated problems - so we can help our clients grow. You need to be an expert in PHP and CSS. We will not work with people who dabble, don't know how to make the changes look good, or take too much time. It's very important you know how to make things look good and match the site. You do not need to be a designer however. The "Urgent Change" is adding the built-in Magento search function to this website TODAY, Sunday Aug 14. It appears to be about 2 hours worth of work. This website was built by another company and does not have any template files for the search feature, so the search feature is not currently on the website. We want to make the search feature work - by putting the search field and button in the header in a specific location (we have already located this spot in code) and make the search results page match the simple category template. The "Ongoing Work Relationship" we would like to have with you is working with you regularly on multiple Magento websites. Planning changes, upgrading versions safely, implementing new features, fixing problems, etc. We will see how this first thing goes in order to decide on doing more.
