Magento web shop implementation

We want to implement a new web shop based on Magento community version with the theme MartFury and some custom features. The web shop will need to be integrated with MS Business Central.
We are looking for experienced freelancers that work together in a team. The project will be multi staged and the first phase will focus on setting up the web shop and the related custom features.
See attached specification for more information about this project.
Freelancers bidding for this project should demonstrate:
1. Experience with implementation of Magento 2 community version
2. Experience with MartFury theme on top of Magento community version
3. Experence with integration with MS Business Central ERP, payment providers and other systems
The final selection will be done after a 30 min video interview with top 3 shortlisted candidates.
