Android application for meter using OCR -- 5

We want an Android application

• Creatively designed app

• It should have smooth user interface.

• It should scan the analog and digital meters (eg. Gas and electricity) using OCR and extract readings from them and store it in the database

• OCR should have 80-90% accuracy

• It should also be able to detect if the reading is between numbers (eg. between 3 and 4 in the units place- rightmost digit)

• It should have admin and user login

• It should also calculate and give the bill amount as per the readings extracted.

• It should also detect false images by comparing previous bills and present bill.

• It should work on all meters (eg. Gas, water, etc)

• We need all explanation of code as well.

• It shouldn’t use Google OCR since that would be too direct
