Custom Script for FiveM ESX based

We have a small based GTA V FiveM server that we would like to add a custom script to deliver high end drugs. The idea is for a society member to order either kilos of cocaine or heroin from a laptop using black money. A plane or the very least the sound of a plane delivers the product via air drop. I would like a blip showing the location of the drop as well as a flare attached to it and beeping sound. Once at the location player will start unpacking crate and slowly about every 10 secs remove a kilo from the crate with a random amount of 15-20.

Also would like to have the police alerted to the drug drop location, but with a delay of 120 seconds of drugs being ordered with just the closest streets or just a huge area where it may be. Lastly I would like a cool down of 30 min for each ordering. The coke and heroin should have there own cool downs.
