OP - Small adjustments to logo design

I have a logo. It is attached.
I need some small changes made to it:
1. Circle at top middle - Increase the size slightly.
2. Top left and right circles - Make them the same size as each other, slightly smaller than #1.
3. Bottom left and right circles - Make them the same size as each other, same size as #1.
4. Simple animated image showing the morphed change from current logo to this new version of the logo.
I have the .ai file.
