Real Estate Company Logo Design

This project is to design a new logo for my clients company. This Logo will be used on Clothing, promotional material. letterhead, and their website. All work product derived from the project will belong to me. You must have examples of previous work. No Milestones of more than 50% of the bid will be accepted. Milestone payment will be released after initial Logo draft is received and approved. Initial draft should be delivered within 24 hours of project start date. Project start date should be within 1 day of being awarded the project. Include potential start date with bid. The project length should be no more than 2 days. I will need the final Logo in true vector graphic format as well as a png or jpeg. I will chose the ultimate winner from three basic criteria so keep this in mind when bidding. 1.) Price 2.)
