Create new logo - already have design

I need someone please to create a new logo - based on a design already existing. The logo needs to be high quality so can be reproduced onto any marketing material. The logo is for St Paul's Parish Camden. Note the words "ST PAUL'S PARISH CAMDEN" need to be circular at the bottom half of the logo in the circular part. I need another copy of that logo please to not have the yellowish outside circle - so just the picture of St paul. So that is 2 files to be created. The file called "St paul round logo" is the original to be copied. Many thanks Tonie
