Create New Flat 2D Logo for Doctor

I am looking for someone who can deliver a new Brand Logo for a Docotor based on the Old one.
I attached the old logo so you can see what I am talking about.
Basically the Logo Should contain the text "Praxis Rudersdorf" with the "x" from Praxis being the silhuette of a human being streching his/her arms.
I have also included a file which is representative for how the new logo should somehow look like.
- "Praxis" will be in the first line and "Ruddersdorf" in the second
- Both lines should have the same font size. NOT like in the old one were both lines were equally long.
- The colors and the font should come as close to the colors I´ve chosen. You can take those colors from the website where the logo should be later: [login to view URL]
