Create a Dog logo

We are a menswear brand wanting a dog mascot for our brand. We have the desired dog that we would like to use as our logo (scruffy white dog). I have attached a few photo's to give you an idea of the result we would like to achieve.
Note:
I have circled in RED the face of the dog we would like to use.
We would also like another file created with "Ciao" underneath the dog.
We will need another drawing of the dog with a golf club in it's mouth. I have attached examples to give you an idea.
