Logo Design for Website

We currently have a website called [login to view URL] which will be renamed to; [login to view URL] This website is an education based website that offer information for those looking to further their degree online. We are looking for someone with experience with Photoshop to design a logo pretty quickly. I have an example of what we are looking for as a final logo. This is our website so that you can see the layout and colors. In the upper left hand corner where it says "MyInfoZone" You Career Zone is where this new logo will go. You can design the logo just a little bit bigger and I can resize the canvas layout smaller if needed. Here is an example of what we would like it to look like; [login to view URL] If you look at the example, notice how the word careers curves around the top part of the compass and the word explore curves around the bottom part of the compass. The number "2" will need to be to the right side of the compass. The compass we would like to be similar to this one: [login to view URL] The lettering and logo style can be similar to: [login to view URL] Just make sure the colors are consistent with the website, blues & grays, etc. The logo will need to be transparent so that I can add it to the while background area. So using these two examples you can be creative and come up with an awesome logo. I would like to see if someone can have this completed in a day or so.
