will configure OUTLINE-VPN keys for one user

I am using OUTLINE VPN. this program has its own control program. there you can create keys for connecting clients. but with one key, many devices can be connected.

I want my clients not to be able to connect more than one device.

I need a script that limited the device connection. this script could be added or installed in the outline vpn server. Who can provide me with such a script.
