VPN w/traffic logs

We have the need for a VPN system which can log all HTTP & HTTPS URLs requested over it. We have received a complaint from our ISP in regards to torrent usage and need to isolate exactly which employee is performing the requests over our network.

The system you create should be provided inside a bash script so we can easily deploy a new server with a simple 1 line command. The bash script should 100% prepare the server for immediate use and the only human-input required should be the port, username, and password to be used for the VPN connections. Once the bash script completes and the system is ready for incoming connections, it will simply display the ip:port and username/password combo to console

The system will run from an internal server where we will generate small VPS's, 1 per employee, that all share the same outgoing IP address. So only 1 username/password combo needs generated really.
