We have 20 different website (each has its own DDI number) and we have IVR (Auto Attendant) so the users can select Options like 1) for Sales, 2) for Customer Service and then it goes to the relevant Queue.
We want the user to be able to see (prefix CID) on the Phone
1)
Website Name - Department Called - [Duration on Call]
E.g
Amazon - Sales
Or
2)
Website Name - Department Called - [Duration on Call] MM:SS
Amazon - Sales - 01:23
I believe this is simple call scription.
