we need a script that installs a virtual machine (Vargant) automatically. Installs a Operating System (Windows, OSx)and a Webbrowser (IE, Firefox,...) This script must write its actual dynamic IP adress into a seperate file that can be read.
Every VM will have its own IP adress which will be generated dynamically.
After the testing tasks (see below) are performed we will need to kill the VM completely via script.
some (=23%) of VMs we will keep alive for some days and reuse them with the same IP for several visits on our website (like a regular returning visitor)

Server will be hosted on German server. We are open to your suggestions regarding performance and selection of the right setup.
