Proxy for several mail servers based on email domain.

We have on public ip address that is directed to a linux machine. We than have several internal servers with zimbra email, each one serving emails for one domain. What we need is that based on the email and password entered, authentication and imap/pop and smtp be routed to the specific zimbra server.
The domain/server "database" needs to be dynamic so i can add more servers for new domains.
