Hello I am looking to build a IVR system which use speech recognition to gather customer data and also will link to a database to retrieve information to be played back to a caller. The system will have several algorithims it will use to potentially qualify or dequalify a caller. The system will also map the answers back in a web form that could then be imported to a .fnm file. , which is a simple proprietary file format used in loan applications. I currently have fully configured Asterisk server which FreePbx could be configure on if you feel that their IVR language will work with this configuration.
