We have a OVH server and they have their own kernel loaded by default. These are not compatible with virtualbox. Job is to recompile the kernel on our box which is loaded with fresh install of debian (jessie) and then install virtualbox and get it working.

Hi, no need to compile new kernel. Need just install standart one and change boot oreder. Bid include help to run virtualbox. If you need only install and boot kernel - bid 35$.
