1.) We are looking for a full time (40 hour/week) Linux Programmer that would log into our "issues dashboard" and fix problems, make enhancements to our software etc. We have a dashboard that indicates each client request for customizations to the software how complex it is, what priority it is etc. This person would log in everyday and do the low complexity, high priority things first.
2.) This person doesn't have to talk to clients and doesn't have to work US hours.
3.) At least 5 years of Linux PROGRAMMING experience is required.
Perhaps you can reduce the hourly rate if we prepay for a block of time? Explain thoughts on this.
Anyone serious about this full time position must be willing to call me on the telephone in the USA for an interview and be able to submit a resume.
Also, please explain how you would manage your employment to ensure the best possible outcome. Looking for a 6 month minimum committment. At end of 6 months, we will then assess the current situation and either release you of your services or sign an additional year contract.
