Email Campaign

Project Description: Do Not bid unless English speaking, reading, and writing is very proficient. Please provide monthly manage fee for the below project. We are not looking for quotes for services to send out our emails. Need management of bulk email marketing servers with PowerMTA and Postfix to ensure high inbox delivery with properly configured DKIM, DMARC, SPF and Ip rotation to ensure lowest spam rate. Existing set up. 1. We have a proprietary app that send out highly customized emails that are customized for each email recipient. 2. Our app sends the emails to a Lease Linux server with 32 rotating IPs. 3. We use PowerMTA. 4. We do not use Interspire due to each email having it’s a specific photo for each client. 5. We are currently sending out about 10k emails per week which will ramp up to 100k emails per week. What we need. 1. Looking for a long term relationship to manage our campaign. 2. Good English speaking and writing consultant. 3. Management of campaign to include: a. Review of emails to ensure they meet bulk email best practices requirements. b. Provide reports as needed. c. Review of our reports as needed. d. Blacklist removal of IPS e. Ability set up Linux server with PowerMTA. f. Ability to switch out IPs as needed. g. Insight for inboxing for Outlook, Gmail, Yahoo, AOL. We don’t need. 1. Vendor to send out emails – this is strictly management of existing system.
