I am starting a new company. I have already setup a FreePBX system at my house. I have tied in two numbers to google voice one for voice, one for fax.
I need someone who can finish the setup for me. Namely I want callers to be answered by an automated attendant that will say a message and then route them to one of three extensions. Two of the attendants are voice mailboxes for humans. When listening to the voice mailboxes of the humans I want people to have a choice of either leaving a message for the humans or dialing a number to be forward to mobile phones of the humans.
The third extension will be a voice message where customers can leave a message so that we can capture appointment details. It would be nice if that could give them a choice of hearing the message in English or Spanish.
requirements are as follows...
1. Setup routing as described above.
2. Put "dummy" messages in place. But I need DETAILED STEP-BY-STEP instructions on how to replace the dummy messages with real messages once they are done.
I need this done pretty quickly. (Next 8 -24 hours.)
The way this would work is you would remote desktop (or copilot) into my home network and then use the free pbx web page to complete the setup. My preferred way it so setup a time to copilot in so that I can watch and learn.
Can you help with this?
