I need an experienced talent sourcer with an active LinkedIn Recruiter seat to uncover 5–10 standout candidates for a fully remote Property Manager position focused on short-term rentals (Airbnb/VRBO). What success looks like • You rely primarily on LinkedIn searches—the channel that consistently gives me the best response rates—to locate professionals across Europe, North America, Central America and South America. • Every lead shows clear, recent experience running short-term rental operations, from guest communications to calendar management. Familiarity with Guesty or Smoobu is a welcome bonus. • Before you pass a name along, you have already confirmed the person is reachable, open to new opportunities and interested in hearing more about this role. Deliverable (needed ASAP) – A concise spreadsheet containing for each of the 5–10 candidates: full name, LinkedIn URL, email, location and a two-to-three-line note summarizing their relevant Airbnb/VRBO achievements and why they fit.
