Organic Link Exchange Required

I am looking for a professional service in getting good quality link exchanges to my sites, I have employed several people in the past only to find after watching their performance that the work they stated they could/would do was never implemented in full, I am (if you are interested) looking for a professional person to carry link trades for certain Adult themed websites, I know the amount that should be paid for these services and am willing to employee on a regular basis, but I must state that if I find that I am paying for work that is not been carried out I will terminate our agreement without notice, this as you agree is only fair. I offer this position on the agreement that you will work one week in Lieu (in hand) I would then pay you on a monthly basis. I require references from 5 different people based in or around the UK, along with their Websites, previous people whom tried to get an easy paycheck need not apply.
