One Way Links

I am a US based web developer looking for freelancers who can provide me with direct one way links for my sites, that cover three main industries. Total links for each will vary from 25 to 50+ per month x multiple sites. I would give one project to the winning bidder to test ability and then go forward with all or most sites. This will be an ongoing project. You must NOT use any type of directories that are really just link farms, or FFA's. Not reciprocal linking. Links should be mostly US based and on separate IP's. You must be able to use the anchor text for most links as well. Serious bidders seeking longterm work only! My budget is flexable the choices the system here gave me were not for open ended projects. Please only people that can deliver the quality I want need apply!
