Link Building - Web Design Links

PLEASE DO NOT BID ON THIS PROJECT IF YOU DO NOT MEET AND UNDERSTAND ALL REQUIREMENTS!!! One-way links from PR 2+ websites required for a web design related website. Requirements: Quality Backlinks only to improve Google link count from 21 to 200+ - The pages on which you place the links have to be minimum PR 2 (not the homepage of the website, but the actual page where the link is placed). - Links have to come from related sites within the same theme - web design, ecommerce + web design keyword related. - The page where the link is places had to be crawled by Google within last 60 days. - One-way (non-reciprocal) links only are accepted. No link exchange. - Geographically diverse class C IP addresses only. Up to 5 links from the same class C IP will be accepted. - No link farms or pages with large number of links will be accepted (maximum 50 outbound links on the page). - Links have to be approved before we process payment. - Please quote price per link based on PR of the linking page. Links which do not meet the criteria above will be rejected and will not be paid for.
