200 backlinks from language sites

I need backlinks from 200 forum comments and/or blog comments from language sites to a number of websites.

There are twenty languages, and I want 10 blog/forum comments from sites that have posts or pages that cover the same language with the title tag including the language word. The name of the language MUST be in the title tag of the page you are linking from.

For example if I am getting links for the Greek language I want blog comments or forum posts from sites that have "greek" in the title tags of the page you are comment or posting on. It can be a site about the greek language, greek travel, the greek islands, greek food, whatever, as long as at least the word "greek" is in the title tag of the page that the link is on. It for example could have the title tag "cooking Greek bread", which would be fine because the word "Greek" is part of the page title.

Another example for the "French" keyword the sites must have the word "French" in the title tag of the page. It can be about French Food, French Travel, the French Language, French Hotels, it does not matter as long as at least the word "French" is in the title tag of the page the link is on.

10 Blog comments/forum posts from twenty different types language sites for each language, so 200 different sites.

The language sites you are linking from must be written in English.

When you have completed 10 Links you must send those then links to me so I can check you are doing the work correctly.

The twenty languages are which must have the following word in the title tags of the page:

French

Greek

Italian

Spanish

Mandarin (can have the word Mandarin and/or Chinese)

Indonesian

Vietnamese

Turkish

Brazilian Portuguese (the word "Brazilian" or the word 'Portuguese" must be in the title tags it does not have to have both)

Each blog comment/forum post must be on a different domain.

The link must be readable WITHOUT having to log into the site.

All posts must be in readable understandable English.

Comments MUST be at least 10+ words long.

Comments MUST be relevant to the blog post / topic, you can also reply to other comments

Comments MUST be hand written / unique and not copy and pasted from somewhere else.

Comments MUST be on the page for more than 7 Days (they will be tested after 7 days).

No links in signatures.

Links must be from UNIQUE sites only. 1 link per unique domain or it won’t be counted.

Backlinks must be search engine friendly, that is no redirects, cloaking and other practices

All comments must give some value to post you are commenting, so all comments must be handmade no software or bots to be used, no spammy posts.

No gambling, adult & porn sites, pharmacy sites, illegal websites, hate-based websites, violent websites, cracking or hacking websites, no blacklisted or spam sites.

No links from under construction pages.

No java links, jump scripts, framed pages, redirects, cloaking, CSS redirects, 301 redirects, dynamic links, flash sites/pages, hidden links, no string parameters, session ID's, etc.

No contextual ads sites, popups, intrusive advertising, etc.

No link from: torrent sites, file sharing, articles.

I will give you a list of 20 languages x 10 (200 in total) URLs to post to with a list of anchor text that you can write your posts around.

You'll keep a basic excel file with : Target SITE: ANCHOR TEXT : LINK PAGE URL

All blog and forum post will be checked 7 days after to ensure they have not been removed because of this payment milestones will be 75% on completion. 25% after 7 days after the links have been rechecked.

Note the 75% milestone requires ALL links to be working. If you present 199 working links you will not have the milestone released.
