I’m adding a 15 ft × 35 ft, 5 ft-deep swimming pool on the ground floor of my G+3 residence and need the full design package only—no construction services. Both the civil/structural side and the MEP & pool-system side carry equal weight, so the package must arrive as one coherent, fully coordinated set. Civil / Structural scope The pool is to be a reinforced concrete shell. I need structural calculations, RCC drawings, construction sections, foundation details, and clear waterproofing notes. Where possible, include a concise BOQ and material specs so the contractor can price the job immediately. MEP & pool systems scope Specify and size the filtration system, circulation pumps, balancing tank (if you judge one necessary), piping runs for inlets, outlets, drains and overflow, as well as electrical load data, pool lighting layout and earthing. A compact, practical pump-room layout is essential. Required deliverables • AutoCAD (DWG) and matching PDF drawings • Structural and hydraulic design calculations • Equipment schedule with make/model options • Technical specifications for materials, waterproofing and equipment Timeline & proposal I want to move fast—delivery is needed ASAP—so please outline your workflow, intermediate milestones.
