I have two golf training aids that I would like to obtain patents on. Neither one of these training aids requires any specialized engineering or math medical skills and are simple devices that attach to a golf club to assist the golfer. Neither one involves any sort of electronics.
A successful bidder on this project must have prior experience in successfully drafting patents. The scope of the work will include submission of the patent as well as requiring the drafting of any necessary drawings or schematics.
I have one golf training aid I would like to obtain a patent and trademark on. It is a very simple device that attached to a golf club to assist the golfer and does not require any electronic parts. It will probably be made simply out of molded plastic.
Prior patent and trademark experience a plus. Scope of work includes trademark, patent, and all necessary drawings (which are not complex).
