Need Privacy and T.O.S to be written

I need a Privacy and Terms of Service (on same web page) written for my upcoming diary/blog website. It needs to comply to internet safety standards and incorporate all necessary terms and conditions for running such a site. I could do it myself but I don't have the time to, so the person that gets this job needs to be experienced in writing Privacy and T.O.S. docs. I am located in Australia so it needs to be bound by our laws and terms of engagement.
