I need a patent professional to evaluate a patent search and our instrument then determine if we can draft a utility or design patent and complete and submit patent to the US Patent office. I have numerous professional CAD drawing and the CAD files already completed. It would be helpful to have some basic understanding of medical instruments and procedures, but we can teach as well. An NDA is absolutely mandatory for this job. A US and international patent search was completed and it was determined a design patent maybe the best way to proceed, however I am not sure the search team understood the exact nature and use of this instrument.
