Need help fighting sellers that list their products on my listing on amazon

In clear terms you can't, due to the amazon policy agreement that states that user created listings within amazon's network becomes amazon's property. However, I do recommend sending a letter to the other seller(s) stating that you are warning them of a trademark violation and you ask that they remove their product to avoid litigation/court proceedings. Usually they will comply without taking amazon's policy in consideration if it's well written.
