I need a lawyer familiar with websites that include jobs adverts, free advice an online shop and travel disclaimers.

I am in the process of putting together a website that helps pilots find work in Europe. To attract people to the website I will also include two pages that offer free advice on how to convert to a European or American Pilots Licence. I would like a disclaimer for the advice I give and that the job on our website offers no guarantee of payment/interview etc... These will be jobs that are linked to other pages away from my website.
I am also looking for a legal statement that protects when selling aviation related safaris to pilots.
Moreover, I would like to include an online shop. I have no idea what legal jargon I need to protect myself and my own goods.
In short I basically want details disclaimers that prevent me from ever being sued and that I wish for the law to follow that of Slovakia where I will set up my online business.
I look forward to hearing a professional opinion on this, and if the fee is right for the project (not per hour), than I will be happy to discuss this further.
