Consultancy Partnership Agreement Review

I have an existing B2B partnership agreement for my consultancy that now needs a legal once-over. Please only propose if you are a UK based lawyer. The structure is broadly sound, yet a handful of clauses scattered throughout—think general terms, payment language, the termination section and any other risky wording you spot—should be tightened so the document is fully compliant and commercially balanced. Your task is to read through the current contract, flag anything that could expose the business, then amend the text so those issues disappear. I do not expect a complete rewrite, only precise edits where necessary, but I do want a clear, professional finish I can send to clients immediately, I would like the structure to remain the same as the client has sent it and they are a littel sensitive so minimalist changes ideally. Deliverables • Word version showing tracked changes • Clean, final version ready for signature • Brief note summarising the changes and any residual points I should consider Please be comfortable working on B2B consultancy agreements and confident you can turn this around promptly. I have ongoing need for this type of work as our current lawyer has sadly had a significant bereavement and therefore can not help at the moment.
