We have a large list of about 1.4 million contacts in three excel files. We would like to reorganize the lists: separate out US and Canada contacts, separate education, non-profit and government contacts, create lists by title groups for Training and HR, IT, Marketing, Operations, Other .... within the US and Canada contacts. A sample is attached. We will try to provide title keywords but may need some help on this as well.
