Lead research/generation for telemarketing

We are about to start a telemarketing project to produce investment leads. I need contact data to "feed" to telemarketers. I don't want to buy tired old databases of the internet and looking for a person who can produce good quality numbers to call and/or already ready leads. I am looking for people from Asian and European Union countries with 5000+ USD investment capital (potentially). Preferably male. If there is a person who can help us produce contacts for telemarketing, or better yet ready leads, we can agree on a fixed price per lead and/or contact or we can agree on a hourly rate. This will be an ongoing project that we plan to run for a long time, so we are looking for a strategic partnership.
