i am a small wholesaler of soft drinks and chocolates to retailers.
there is lots of competition . i need a plan to sell these products to retailers like convenience stores, small grocery stores, deli etc.
i want to target at least 200 customers in few month hs. i expect to do business with them for long time.
i want to sell at least 75 to 100 items to each retailers.
i want to give 1 or 2 packs a month free to each retailer.
at the same time i want to recover the cost of free items through the rest of the other products.
since this is wholesale there is only small margin on every products. there for i have to sell more.
i am thinking of giving a cash back after certain months of purchase or a air ticket for vacation. etc.
