Compensation is straightforward: 25 % of the client’s first payment, with no ceiling on how high you can climb. There is no base salary or hourly pay, only performance-based rewards, so you’ll thrive here if you’re self-motivated, persuasive, and ready to earn big on each high-ticket project you close. Deliverables I’ll rely on: • A short, running log of prospects you contact • Clear notes on discovery calls and objections • Signed agreements and payment confirmations for each win Once a deal lands, simply hand it to me and watch the commission hit your account.
