About Groundwork Advisory: Groundwork Advisory is an Australian NDIS business consultancy helping disability support providers build compliant, growth-ready businesses from the ground up. We work with independent support workers making the move to registered provider, new providers who need their systems and documentation sorted, and established providers who are scaling and need an expert in their corner. Our services range from done-with-you setup packages starting at $950 through to full operational partnerships, and we work with a small number of clients at a time to make sure every engagement gets the attention it deserves. We're growing fast and looking for a motivated outreach professional to help us connect with the right people. The Role: You'll be responsible for identifying and initiating conversations with potential clients across Facebook groups and LinkedIn. This is a relationship-first role - no hard selling, no spamming. We have proven outreach frameworks and messaging already built, so you're not starting from scratch. Your job is to find the right people, start genuine conversations, and pass warm leads through to the founder to close. What We're Looking For: Comfortable and confident communicating online in a professional tone Familiar with Facebook groups and LinkedIn as platforms Some understanding of the NDIS or disability sector is a bonus but not essential Self-motivated and able to work independently Honest and consistent - this role is built on trust Compensation: This is a flexible, remote role with a small base retainer plus commission for every lead that converts to a paying client.
