Live Call Transfer Specialist – Business Loan Leads (Building & Construction Trades) Builders Commercial Capital Group (BCCG) is seeking an experienced B2B lead generation specialist capable of delivering a steady stream of qualified business loan prospects through live call transfers. This campaign is strictly focused on real-time warm transfers. No email marketing. No social media outreach. No bulk data submissions. Only professionals experienced in live phone prospecting and immediate call transfers should apply. Target Business Profile The campaign will target small businesses within the building and construction trades, including general contractors, remodelers, roofing companies, electricians, plumbers, and similar skilled trades. Qualified prospects must: • Be in business for at least 6 months • Generate $10,000 or more in monthly revenue • Be open to discussing working capital solutions, business loans, or merchant cash advances • Be the owner or primary decision-maker Responsibilities The selected provider will: 1. Generate interest and pre-qualify prospects for: • Time in business • Monthly revenue • Openness to funding 2. Warm transfer qualified business owners directly to BCCG’s sales line during business hours, 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM EST. 3.
