Technical Inside Sales Executive is focused on relationship management and lead generation activities through tele-calling, Web site lead generation & eMarketing.

Job involves making cold calls and hot calls to get the leads generated via calling, Industrial Directories, Websites & other sources. To clarify technical queries of customers.
The candidate sells company’s products and services (via telephone, web or e-mail) to specified customer segments and is responsible for ensuring a positive customer experience.
• Responsible to drive inbound and outbound calls, emails, and web interface to focus on maintaining and expanding business relationships/market share with existing and new customers.
• May focus on new account development and/or expanding existing accounts.
• Achieve inside sales objectives by making sales calls to the assigned customers & achieve the sales objectives on weekly, monthly basis.
• Identify new potential customers from various sources and registering them for revenue generation.
• Achieve collection objectives through timely reminders.
• Update customers about the various marketing and promotions schemes, new launches and order booking accordingly.
• Identify prospects utilizing creative lead-generating techniques and maintain productive working relationships with existing customers.
• Independently establish call plans and customer follow-up strategies, and apply time and territory management techniques.
• Follow the Sales Call Process, assuring the customer understands our value proposition.
• Identifies opportunities to penetrate customer accounts with additional products and additional end-user purchase opportunities; follow up with prospects.
• Brings identified penetration opportunities to closure.
• Process work order and complete all paperwork in accordance with approved and standardized procedures.
• Maintain an in-depth knowledge of complete line of products/services and customers’ issues and needs through in-house training and reading/research.
• Identifies customer retention requirements/opportunities

Desired Candidate Profile
• Only candidates required with prior experience of Tele Calling in IT Companies
• Ability to utilize the phone, email, marketing materials, and marketing campaigns/events for generation of leads
• Can do continous calling with target calls per day & enquiry generation per day
• Excellent tele-calling skills, written and verbal communication skills in English and IT company experience will be an added advantage

Since this position is for work from home there is no fixed portion of compensation. This allows you to decide your working hours and save commute time. The compensation package consists of variable components.
There will be compensation per qualified lead. The other incentive will be commission on sales if the sales takes place
