I need a marketer who can turn Facebook, LinkedIn and Instagram into a steady source of qualified leads for my IT services aimed at Auckland companies with 5–50 computers. Although the main focus is those three networks, I’m also open to extending successful creative into YouTube preroll and Google ads once we see clear ROI. The single goal is lead generation. Brand lift and traffic are nice side-effects, but every decision—audience building, creative testing, bid strategy—should trace back to cost-per-lead and the volume of decision-makers booking a call. Happy to supply or co-create: • Short articles and blog posts that show thought leadership in small-business IT • Explainer videos or simple animations for retargeting and Stories/Reels • Punchy infographics that translate tech jargon into business value You’ll handle campaign architecture in Facebook Ads Manager, LinkedIn Campaign Manager and Instagram placements, set up tracking (Pixel, Insight Tag, Google Tag Manager), write conversion-oriented ad copy, build look-alike audiences around our existing client list, and report weekly on spend vs leads. Creative refreshes, A/B tests and clear recommendations are expected as part of the optimisation loop. Acceptance criteria: 1. Minimum of 20 qualified leads per month from Auckland SMEs 2. Weekly report, review and planning 3. Transparent reports pulled directly from the native platforms plus Google Analytics UTMs. 3. All ad assets and audience data handed over in editable format at project end.
