Silverlight Research Network is expanding! We are seeking a motivated, high-energy Lead Generation Specialist to join our global team. This is a full-time, long-term remote position focused on outbound calling and high-quality lead qualification. Core Responsibilities Outbound Outreach: Conduct professional cold calls to identify and engage potential clients. Lead Qualification: Vet prospects to ensure they meet our sales and research team’s criteria. Engagement: Use established scripts as a foundation while maintaining authentic, fluid conversations. Data Management: Diligently record call results and prospect details in our system. Performance: Consistently meet or exceed daily and monthly outbound call targets. Candidate Requirements Location: Must be based in Bosnia & Herzegovina. Communication: Excellent spoken English with a clear, professional phone manner. Experience: Previous success in telemarketing, lead generation, or outbound sales is highly preferred. Reliability: Strong work ethic and the discipline to manage a full-time remote schedule. Infrastructure: A quiet home-office environment and a stable, high-speed internet connection. Compensation & Perks Salary: $700 USD per month. Stability: Full-time, long-term career opportunity.
