I need a results-driven closer who can quickly bring fresh, qualified clients to my social media marketing agency. Your day-to-day will revolve around identifying medium-sized enterprises that clearly lack a structured social presence, sparking conversations through Instagram DMs, LinkedIn outreach, targeted cold email, or any channel you know converts, and warming those prospects until they agree to a discovery call with me. Once the call is booked, I take over; you earn commission the moment the client signs. We move fast—first leads should land in my calendar ASAP, so an existing workflow or tool stack such as LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Apollo, Clay, or similar is ideal. Proven experience in lead generation or B2B sales is a must, along with clear English and the confidence to speak with owners or marketing managers. Compensation is purely performance-based, with uncapped commission and the opportunity to grow into a long-term role if we click.
