Project Description We are a BPO services company seeking an experienced freelancer who can generate qualified leads, pitch our BPO services, and close long-term outsourcing contracts. Mandatory Conditions (Non-Negotiable): Each client must sign a minimum 2-year contract Each contract must have minimum 10 FTE (Full-Time Equivalents) Short-term, pilot, trial, or small-volume deals will not be accepted. This is a commission-based, long-term opportunity for serious BPO sales professionals. Scope of Work The selected freelancer will be responsible for: Generating qualified leads for long-term BPO outsourcing contracts (2+ years, 10+ FTE) Prospecting clients via email, calls, LinkedIn, referrals, or other channels Pitching BPO services (Inbound, Outbound, Customer Support, Sales, Back Office, Chat, Email) Understanding client requirements and proposing scalable, multi-year BPO solutions Closing contracts with minimum 10 FTE and 2-year commitment Coordinating onboarding and handover after contract signing Target Clients International clients (US / UK / Canada / Australia preferred) Companies seeking long-term outsourcing partnerships Mid-size to enterprise clients with 10+ agent requirements Industries: E-commerce, BFSI, Healthcare, SaaS, Telecom, Retail, Logistics Required Skills & Experience Proven experience in BPO sales / outsourcing sales / enterprise deal closures Experience closing multi-year, multi-FTE contracts Strong communication, negotiation, and closing skills Ability to independently source and convert high-quality clients Experience working with international clients is mandatory CRM and pipeline management experience preferred Payment Terms Commission-based payment per successfully closed deal Commission applicable only for contracts meeting both criteria: Minimum 2-year duration Minimum 10 FTE Attractive commission percentage (to be discussed) Additional incentives for higher FTE or multi-process contracts (No upfront payment. Milestone released after signed agreement confirmation.)
