CM Film is looking for a US-based Lead Generation Partner to connect our specialized editing team with US wedding studios. We specialize in 4K cinematic edits and advanced motion graphics using the latest industry tools. Your Specific Strategy: Your goal is to offer studios a 60-second Trial Edit. We provide this trial to prove our quality and speed. Once the studio sees the trial and signs on for the full project or a long-term contract, you get paid. Compensation & Terms (PLEASE READ): 30% Commission: We pay 30% of the total project value for every client you bring in. Performance-Based: This is a 100% commission role. No upfront or hourly pay. Payment Trigger: You receive your 30% cut immediately after the client pays us. No Risk for You: We handle the work; you handle the connections. Your Responsibilities: Identify US-based wedding videographers and studios. Pitch our "60-second Trial Edit" to show our team's capabilities. Manage the relationship until the first payment is secured. Why Partner With Us? High Payout: 30% is double the standard rate because we want a long-term, motivated partner.
